Your future role:
Your team's area of responsibility includes the holistic processing of orders and projects as well as the support of all customers in the area of engine production at the Nuremberg plant. Together with your team, you will be the central interface for our internal and external customers and support regional companies worldwide during the sales phase. You will be responsible for proactive and targeted communication, support and cooperation with our national and international customers, and you will also coordinate any escalations. You will also work with your colleagues to process customer orders and ensure on-time delivery by tracking engineering deadlines and delivery dates for critical components and missing parts in production. You prioritize orders in production and take an active role in daily store floor management to control all departments involved in the production process. You will actively shape budget and sales planning as part of the sales forecast and monitor/improve relevant KPIs such as delivery reliability, delivery capability and sales. Together with your team, you will actively work on the introduction of new IT tools and processes as well as on longer-term special projects. You will lead a team in a disciplinary capacity and will therefore be responsible for individual team and employee development. Your profile:
The basis of your success is a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or something similar. Building on this, you have already gained several years of professional experience in order management, planning, sales or project management. You will also have some experience leading teams. You have been able to help shape the work in a manufacturing plant for several years. You have sound experience in internal and external customer communication and impress with your organizational strength and high solution orientation. You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your assertiveness. You have good SAP knowledge and experience with the SD, MM and PP modules. Proficiency in both business German and English completes your profile.
