Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities: 
· Keep track of the stockroom's receipts, records, and withdrawals. · Take in, empty, and store supplies. Organize the transportation of equipment, the management of freight, and any little repairs that are required. · Rotate inventory and plan how to get rid of extras. · Assure correct record-keeping and handle all paperwork to maintain inventory control and verify appropriate stock levels. · Carry out further stock-related tasks, like labeling, packing, pricing, and returning goods. · Examine shipments for defects or inconsistencies; notify accounting so that reimbursements and documentation can be made. Completes supply requisitions; receives and inspects all incoming goods; delivers required things inside and across organizations; stores, tags, and tracks items. Receives and retains documents and private files; Delivers and arranges goods to designated areas; Manages and records the handling, storage, and transportation of hazardous materials. · Maintain warehouse record · Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts/records. · Enters information for inventory modifications, stock replenishment/relocation, and production scheduling. · Arrange and neatly store your belongings. · Supplying and maintaining the tools and equipment that workers are given to use while at work. · Gives work assignments time and resource estimations. · As needed, keep all parties updated on the status of the allocated tasks and deliverables. · To take part in training sessions as needed. · Deliver reports on time to upper management. 
Desired Candidate Profile: 
· Skillful in data input, management, and analysis. · Proficiency in written and oral communication. · Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management · Knowledge of best practices and standard principles in a warehouse or stockroom setting. · An analytical mind capable of precise mathematical calculations. · Proficient in both written and spoken communication. · Proficiency in data management, analysis, and entry. · A keen eye for detail and proficient time management skills. · Capacity to operate a forklift in a safe and lawful manner.· Proficiency in using standard office equipment.· Regular physical capacity to lift and move heavy objects.
