Roles & responsibilities:
Apply disinfection procedures on medical devices and equipment while adhering to safety regulations and established norms. Maintain and run sterilization apparatus, including autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and sterilization containers. Ensure that instrument trays and sets are assembled correctly by following the guidelines and labeling and packing them appropriately. To guarantee efficacy, track and document sterilization factors such as time, temperature, and pressure. Work together with the surgical teams and nursing staff to fulfill instrument orders and guarantee prompt delivery. Respect infection control guidelines and practices to keep the environment sterile and avoid cross-contamination. Take part in initiatives for continual quality improvement and departmental training programs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor of Nursing is must A minimum of 2–3 years of work experience is a must. Must possess a letter of MOH evaluation or DHA eligibility. Preferred immediate joiners. Understanding of infection control principles, equipment functioning, and sterilizing processes.
