Roles & responsibilities:
Create and maintain ERP systems to meet the needs and goals of the business. Analyze company policies and identify areas for ERP system enhancement and optimization. Configure and adjust the ERP system to meet specific company needs and process constraints. By doing routine data analysis and validation, you can guarantee data correctness and integrity. Answer user inquiries, offer technical support, and troubleshoot ERP system issues. Updates and enhancements to the ERP system should be implemented in concert with outside experts and suppliers. Make sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Make sure that invoices and cash records are accurate.
Desired Candidate Profile:
It is extremely needed to get trained in enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP, Oracle, and Windows Dynamics). three to five years' minimum of experience with ERP systems, ideally in an administrative or installation context. a bachelor's degree in information technology, computational science, or a similar discipline. To find and fix system problems and streamline processes, one must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. the ability to function independently and manage several goals and schedules in a busy environment. an emphasis on accuracy as well as a commitment to statistics quality and integrity. Fluency in English is required; knowledge in other languages is beneficial. Strong interpersonal and verbal skills to work well with cross-functional teams and end users.
