Roles & responsibilities:
· Use cold calling, networking, and research to find new business prospects and possible clients. · Visit relevant areas such as interior design studios, architectural firms, and construction sites in order to create leads and build relationships. · Take part in displays, trade shows, and industry gatherings to promote the brand and expand the customer base. · Visit clients' locations and hold discussions to learn about their needs, preferences, and financial restrictions. · Based on the client's design requirements and aesthetic preferences, provide professional advice and recommendations on appropriate solutions for marble and granite. · Provide clients with product information, catalogs, and samples so they can make educated judgments. · Present to customers the company's selection of granite and marble products, emphasizing their high caliber, robustness, and visual attractiveness. · Outline the advantages and value proposition of the suggested solutions in proposals that you deliver to clients in an organized and professional manner. · Reach mutually advantageous agreements by negotiating terms and conditions with clients, such as pricing, payment terms, and delivery timetables. · Get over objections and resolve any issues clients may have to help close deals. · Obtain signed purchase orders and contracts from customers to validate the transaction and start the order fulfillment procedure. · Establish and preserve solid connections with customers by staying in touch, following up, and providing after-sale assistance. · Respond to customer concerns and grievances in a timely and efficient manner, guaranteeing their contentment with the goods and services rendered. · Serve as a reliable consultant, providing clients with continuous help and support during the course of the project. · Keep an eye on consumer preferences, rivalry, and market developments to spot chances for product development and company expansion. · Give management regular reports and updates on market trends, pipeline status, and sales performance. · Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify strategies for enhancing the product and growing the market. · Use CRM software or other pertinent tools to keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project specifics. · Make sure that all paperwork, such as purchase orders, contracts, and invoices, is done promptly and accurately. · Work together with internal departments to schedule shipments, handle order processing, and handle delivery logistics.
