THE WORK
Each team member must be an expert in a specific subfield while also having a broad understanding of the bigger picture. This means you will engage in various interconnected tasks within a dynamic environment. Key areas of responsibility include:
Responsible for the product portfolio and its essential attributes, overseeing the TRATON Group Use Case Database.
* Establishing targets for development to ensure the right customer value while promoting transparency about customer needs through the use of use cases and property analysis.
* Safeguarding the TRATON Modularization Strategy and being authorities in it through performance differentiation driven by modularization.
Participating in the creation of modularization theory and conducting training from the perspective of the TRATON Group.
Highlighting the ongoing development of user factor methodology to meet the needs of the TRATON Group.
YOUR SKILLS
You hold a higher education degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related profession.
It is helpful to evaluate business demands and convert them into user factor requirements using experience from data analysis and data engineering.
Having prior experience in property management, understanding modularization, and having a solid network within the Traton Group is beneficial.
You have a strong sense of integrity, are self-motivated, organized, and driven. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and are adaptable and creative in handling various issues.
You must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills as you will regularly interact with other functions within TRATON, group brands, and alliance partners.
