Who we are?
 Small but inclusive, BWH Hotels Scandinavia has a broad reach and a strong sense of entrepreneurial spirit. We believe that having fun together, having common values, and having mutual trust are the keys to great teamwork. We want you to realise your potential as a Management Trainee at BWH Hotels Scandinavia and to get experience in the hotel industry. The trainee ship will primarily be based in Stockholm, but you will also have the chance to attend some overseas meetings. For example, you may go to Phoenix, Arizona for the worldwide Sales and Marketing Meeting or BWH overseas's annual worldwide conference. You will collaborate directly with the CEO, who will serve as both your coach and mentor during the programme, as our management trainee. You will be involved in the business's daily operations as well as longer-term, strategic projects involving a range of departments. 
Who are you? 
By bringing in the next generation of young professionals, we hope to strengthen our organisation. We want you to provide innovative ideas to the company. This indicates that you are an inquisitive, creative, modest, and cooperative individual. You are an independent problem-solver who looks for the good in every situation. You are a person of integrity, sociability, and exceptional communication skills as our management trainee. You must speak and write English fluently. Although knowing Swedish is helpful, it's not required. This is your chance if you have just finished your studies or are soon to finish them!
