Finance & Administration Officer - Nordics:

We have permanent, fully staffed offices in 17 countries. We have previously participated in surveys conducted by TNS, Gallup, Sifo, and Kantar Public in the relevant nations. 
Our company is growing, and to help with our daily business operations, we are now looking for a Finance & Admin Officer with a solid practical financial background. O
ne function that requires proactive management of financial activities at the local level in the Nordic nations, and another role that involves more basic administrative work in this area, are the two that the ideal applicant must be able to undertake. 
The regional finance director for Europe will receive reports from the finance officer. 
Since we operate in an international setting, proficiency in English is required for this role, which is based in our Stockholm office in Sweden. 
Responsibilities: 
Balance sheet and P&L Verian Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) are used to support the task. Keep an eye on your funds and report them to the local finance staff. 
Monitor KPIs and the overall financial components of the projects for the clients. 
Monitor the company's pipeline and submit monthly, quarterly, or annual reports on revenue and margin. 
Encourage company involvement into the budgeting and forecasting process by supporting the country managers in their work with the business. 
Keep track of all timely payments, including those to suppliers, customers, and expenditure settlements. Utilise Global Tools to oversee client and supplier applications and registrations.
 Make use of SAP technologies for effective task management. 
Requirements: 
high competence in two Scandinavian languages and English. 2-4 years of prior work experience, with demonstrated experience as a financial and administrative officer or in a role equivalent to it. competent with Microsoft Office and financial management software (SAP). Solving issues and having a hands-on approach. strong aptitude for efficiently and effectively planning the activities. strong interpersonal and communication abilities. a rational mind at ease with statistics. BSc/BA in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
