Platform24 wants to revolutionize healthcare by enabling easy access to high-quality treatment through the use of cutting-edge technology, empowering both patients and caregivers. Our goal is to make AI precise while retaining a human touch, freeing up medical professionals to do what they do best—practice medicine. 
Right now, we're searching for a customer service representative who wants to have a say in the future design of healthcare. Joining our customer support team as a customer support agent means you'll be part of helping our customers understand and use our platform, as well as troubleshooting and reporting any issues they might encounter.. You will be assisting patients in receiving the greatest care possible through Platform24 by supporting our clients! 
We think you possess: 
Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to explain technical concepts in a way that is understandable to all parties. From an external standpoint, you are able to filter out material that is interesting and important, and you possess the patience necessary to walk someone who is unfamiliar with the software through the process. You enjoy learning new things and are interested in technology. For this role, you need to be confident communicating in English and Swedish, both through writing and speech. We believe you have previous experience working in customer support or other roles where external communication is key. If you have any knowledge in technology, healthcare, or communication, that would be very welcome. We also believe that you are passionate about transforming and improving healthcare! 
This role is situated at our headquarters in Stockholm.
