The Role:
You will be a member of the Rebtel team, which is a tiny team that accomplishes great things. Rebtel is also looking into prospects to become an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) in order to increase its ability to provide customised connection solutions to international migrants. In this position, you will oversee the development of our website, one of our primary channels for new customers, and have a monthly influence on the lives of millions of people. Taking charge of web design projects involves conducting research, wireframing, prototyping, and producing excellent website graphics. To improve user experience and guarantee a high degree of design quality and consistency throughout Rebtel's digital platforms, you should be able to oversee user research and usability testing.
Every team member must be a team player and contribute ideas and viewpoints beyond their area of expertise because we are a small team running a large company. Working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, a web designer at Rebtel will create remarkable online experiences.

Requirements:
Five years or more of work experience in a related position, with a track record of creating websites or online apps.
A proactive attitude and the capacity to specify and promote efficient procedures for turning research concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and finished web designs.
Expertise in developing innovative, intuitive, and eye-catching web solutions.
Strong online platform-specific graphical and interaction design abilities.
Familiarity with A/B testing, usability testing, and user research.
