We are experts in taking pictures and making videos that help to build, improve, and promote our PR efforts for our Netflix Original films, TV shows, and documentaries. In other words, we create the content that convinces viewers to watch our shows via means of earned media!
The Role:
Which pictures guarantee a spread in a magazine? Which video will pique the interest of viewers and producers in a new programme? How can we visually enhance a talking head interview? How can we use visual assets to cleverly express various stories in various countries? These are only a few of the chances you will provide in this position.
We are searching for an experienced photo and video studio manager who is also a strategic thinker to help with PR campaigns for Netflix titles that are driven by A/V materials—photography, videos, and the next big thing.
Our material is unique, has an influence on both the market and customers, and entices people to view Netflix video. High levels of creativity, an inquisitive, inventive, and self-motivated mentality, as well as a concise communicator with a solid history in project management, are required for this post.

As a member of the Netflix PR team for the Nordic region, you will collaborate with talent, directors, TV and film productions, and press events.

Responsibilities of the role include:
Create and implement a plan for the Nordic area that outlines how to gather, create, and use creative content to support and improve the publicity campaign at every stage of its existence, according to the project or title.
Take the lead on a number of original shows, motion pictures, documentaries, comedy specials, and docu-series.
Encourage communication with marketing/social teams, showrunners/filmmakers, talent representatives, and your counterpart in the regional campaign publicist role.
Employ and manage unit photographers and video teams, keeping an eye on the script and schedule, and coordinating with production.
Create impactful, imaginative materials that help to define and improve the publicity campaign as a whole.
Oversee the needs for photography and video for events, photo shoots, and premieres. Management of the Budget.
Skills and Requirements:
More than ten years of expertise creating graphic assets and directly cooperating with Nordic PR, publishing, or communications teams.
Recognise the photography and video sectors. strong familiarity with digital file types and specifications.
English and Swedish fluency; knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus. a keen eye for creating visual materials.
Recognise and be interested in usage permits, embargoes, and copyright laws. experience managing conflicting priorities while managing a large volume of complex projects and duties for several persons and departments at once.
To effectively connect with internal and external teams, one must be well-organized, have outstanding time management skills, and possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Needs to be able to think strategically, operate independently, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and make wise decisions.
