Your tasks:
For our surgical wards, we are looking for a qualified healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) with the qualification as an APN (Advanced Practice Nurse). As an APN nursing expert, you will be responsible for the following tasks. Individual, specialized care of patients with area-specific diseases, symptoms and nursing problems. Advice, assistance, and training for patients, relatives, and professional groups on the interdisciplinary team. Planning and carrying out evaluations based on scientific quality standards. Mentoring and assistance for students and academic nursing personnel. Participation in training, continuing education, and teaching. Nursing science supervision, assistance and management of nursing research projects, and the drafting of publications. Quality assurance and audit help. Active participation in the planning of a nursing ward/area. Advising the management. Expanding and actively shaping the role of APN nursing experts.
We expect:
You are a registered nurse (m/f/d). You have a university degree (M.A. or M.Sc.) in Nursing Sciences, Advanced Practice. Nursing or a comparable course of study. You have sound specialized knowledge in the field of surgery. You have completed further specialist training in intensive care anesthesia. You have extensive nursing and nursing science knowledge. You are organized and communicative, with a strong sense of responsibility. You have a high level of social competence with the ability to coordinate cooperation across professions. Commitment and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you. You are open to new structures and process optimization and are willing to break new ground. You are interested in further education and training.
