A significant responsibility of this position is to serve as a point of contact for all matters relating to sales operations (such as field sales, distributors, and customers) in the designated geographic "Area/Territory" and to meet predetermined goals.

In a Day's Life...
Make ensuring the given Territory's targets and KPIs are met.
Create and implement a field sales strategy for the designated area.
Manage distributor/customer relationships and business processes well
In charge of carrying out the channel category plans at the POP/Outlets in accordance with the channel and category priorities
It is your responsibility to deliver accurate information on schedule. Ensure that all company values and guidelines are followed.


WHAT DETERMINES YOUR SUCCESS?
a bachelor's degree in a business-related subject, such as marketing or sales
1-2 years of sales experience, and throughout this time has successfully met KPIs
Ability to comprehend all sales functional areas, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Distribution Handling, and Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD).
