Overview of the Role:
To assist the colleagues with administrative tasks while working in the administration office. able to operate independently while adhering to established norms and reporting deadlines on a variety of aspects.


 

What You Will Do?
• Keeping an eye on daily office operations, making sure everything runs well, and preserving a productive workplace.
• Supporting many departments administratively, which includes scheduling, communication, and meeting coordination.
• Overseeing office facilities, including upkeep, repairs, and making sure health and safety rules are followed.
• Purchasing equipment, services, and office supplies; negotiating with suppliers; and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Maintaining information, records, and documents in both digital and physical media while making sure they are easily accessible and private.
• Helping to organise and manage events, including conferences, meetings, and seminars, including logistics, venue reservations, and food.
• Responding to requests and questions from internal as well as external stakeholders, offering first-rate customer support, and professionally promoting the company.
• Acting as a cultural liaison for the company, representing regional traditions and customs, and encouraging cultural awareness and understanding among coworkers as a UAE national.



Required Skills to be Successful:
• The capacity to function without close monitoring.
• Proficiency in overseeing teams with and without experience.
• Extremely well-organised, with the ability to plan and communicate progress statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.



About the Team:
In this position, you will work in the bustling logistics team located in the free zone at Jebel Ali and report straight to the head of the division.



What Equips You For The Role:
• A high school degree or diploma.
• At least a few years of work experience in an administrative capacity.
