Qualification:
Master's degree in dietetics or nutrition.
Having a dietetics licence, either national or international, will be advantageous.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Freshman lab supervisors must set up, maintain, and supervise undergraduate labs in food science, preparing meals, nutritional evaluation, food microbiology, and medical nutrition treatment.
Make that all tools, equipment, reagents, chemicals, and storerooms are functional and ready for use.
