About the role:
 We are looking to hire an Executive Producer to oversee the management and coordination of both internal and external projects from inception to completion, including all milestones. 
One of your duties as the Executive Producer will be to oversee and coordinate external game projects and other third parties to guarantee the production of top-notch games within the allotted spending limits and schedules. 
Together with their leadership teams, you will be examining and approving project milestones to make sure goals are reached. In this position, you will assemble and manage a group of producers with different levels of experience, all the while keeping an overview of the projects the team works on by defining and conveying the objectives of each project, its status, its risks, and its quality. while encouraging a cooperative and effective work atmosphere. 
Additionally, you will maintain strong, open lines of communication with your stakeholders and oversee stakeholder communication both internally and internationally. 
Teams from marketing and communications will be involved in order to plan how items are positioned in relation to players and marketplaces. 
Job Responsibilities:
 Production Process:
 Oversee the company's game development projects in a specific product area by managing a portfolio. 
Assist business development in drafting Developer Agreements (including product milestone schedules) and informing the right people about production-related concerns. 
Throughout the production process, act as the executive point of contact for allocated external developers and supervise their high-level production procedures. oversee the milestone submissions' evaluation, feedback, and approval. managing the budget in relation to each product's P/L. 
Build trusting connections in order to create and preserve a dependable and prompt flow of information and resources to all parties as needed. 
Determine and set up the production side asset pipelines needed to guarantee the timely supply of assets needed for the finished product's promotion and publication.
 Keep a risk registry that is updated and shared on a regular basis, and develop strategies and plans for mitigation in the event that they materialise. 
Strategic Planning: 
Work with the CPO with regard to:
 More production processes, rules, and procedures for the entire organisation should be created, implemented, and managed. locating and/or choosing reputable development partners to produce next ventures. Examine rival goods and fresh business prospects, then advise C-level executives on your findings.
 Communication:
 Assist in the professional and client-focused execution of projects and materials by coordinating and aligning with all relevant departments and divisions. 
Keeping upper management informed about the product's progress is part of this. 
Collaborate closely with the relevant personnel to conduct research, find, and/or secure approvals for all materials required for use in sales, public relations, marketing, and distribution. 
By preparing and presenting pertinent project documents, such as milestone updates and work-in-progress presentations, you can keep all important stakeholders up to date on the state of the product and its vision. 
Oversee the assigned goods' brand guarantees to ensure they follow corporate policies and brand approval specifications. 
Due Diligence: 
Participate in the due diligence process for external development partners. Represent Production during all Milestone Assessment stages, updating on activities and risks for assigned projects. 
Personnel Management: 
Recruit your own team to fulfill the requirements Write and complete timely performance reviews. Mentor and develop Senior Producers, Producers, and Associate Producers.
