Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships to raise awareness, ensure correct usage, and look into new applications for Baxter's products. Identify and interact with both established and developing KOLs. Determine prospects for investigator-initiated research (IIR) and serve as the main point of contact, working closely with the investigator throughout the IIT Report on new clinical trends Help with planning publications, symposia, and advisory boards Assist in the development of suitable strategic and tactical strategies for the cluster/country with the Cluster Medical Team of the same therapeutic area. Provide accurate and fair-balanced medical and scientific education using literature, summaries of publications, education and presentation scientific materials and presentations to external and internal customers both proactively and in response to requests for information Support the Cluster Medical Team in the review of the promotional material (Adprom) for the same therapy area in the local language Provide scientific support and attendance to conferences and meetings Ensure relevant and appropriate responses to customer medical information inquiries for relevant Baxter products Be compliant to Ethics, Compliance, and internal policies.
Qualifications: 
Formal medical, nursing, clinical, or scientific education, as well as related experience Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent connections with important opinion leaders. Excellent writing and spoken communication abilities in the native language, as well as in English if not the local language. Experience in clinical presentations and medical education Understanding the clinical and regulatory criteria for a field-based medical organization. Able to anticipate and meet all regulatory standards for a field-based role and good client interaction. Effective interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in groups in a collegial manner to manage projects and timelines. demonstrated ability to teach and comprehension of adult learning ideas. Useful critical thinking abilities and execution of plans. PhD, MD, or other highly qualified medical practitioner, ideally with a track record of MSL practice. A Ph.D. or MD in natural science or medicine is preferred. It is preferred to have two to three years of postgraduate experience in the healthcare sector. It is advantageous to have experience with clinical trials and a working knowledge of GCP (good clinical practice). instruction in adverse event reporting. Digital awareness, computer literacy, and proficiency with Windows Office products. Experience with literature review, synthesis, and analysis. Experience in public presentation is required.
