We are seeking a new coworker to work as a production manager at our Mölnlycke factory.
The product line of Mölnlycke Plant includes cell cloth (Cell-duk), soft wipes, wash gloves and Libero Dry Wipes. The plant also produces unique air placed material. Tork, Libero, and TENA are the brands. With about 42 workers, we are a small company with a strong emphasis on continual improvement. We have one machine that creates special air-lay material, and we have five conversion lines.

About the Role:
In your role as production manager, you will lead and guide the team, improve production quality, and strengthen organisational capacity throughout the unit with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead and accomplish the intended competitive business outcomes as well as a culture of continuous development. Over a 24-hour period, you will oversee a group of 28 operators that operate in three shifts.
As a member of the Manufacturing Management Team, you will answer to the Mölnlycke Site Manager. There is no probationary term for this employment; it is a permanent one.

 


Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
In charge of Essity's safety regulations and making sure your staff abide by them.
Collaborate with logistics and accurately enter data into the planning for sales and operations file to guarantee volume is secured.
In charge of work procedures, quality, and directions.
Set an example for Essity's policies, regulations, and methods for guaranteeing top-notch production quality.
Examine the findings from production reports that are submitted on a weekly, every month, quarterly, and annual basis.

You Have:
An engineering degree from a university or a lot of production-related expertise.
Over five years of experience in a leadership role.
Three years or more of experience in a comparable position.
Excellent technical knowledge and manufacturing expertise.
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
