Are you a registered nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding position in outpatient care or a surgical ward?
That's wonderful information! We are seeking for someone cooperative who's eager to interact with physical therapists, dietitians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare professionals. We work together to give our patients high-quality, secure healthcare. Our team members really value the educational and diversified work environment at the Surgical Clinic. Pre- and post-operative care, which entails clinical evaluations, rounds, medication administration, and specimen collection, are typical duties. It will be an exciting time for you to learn and grow as a nurse working in the Surgical Clinic. The Surgical Clinic is housed in the contemporary Falun Hospital, which has a lovely view of the city's centre. The Surgical Clinic includes three inpatient wards that specialise in different surgical specialties, an outpatient department for surgery, an outpatient department for oncology, and an outpatient department for bariatric surgery.
Ward 11: Upper Gastrointestinal Tract & Surgical Acute Care (SAC).
Ward 14: Lower Gastrointestinal Tract.
Ward 15: Endocrinology, Urology, Vascular Surgery, and Plastic Surgery. Because of the commitment and skill of our staff, we are able to create a transparent and happy work atmosphere. We always aim to enhance patient safety, work environment, and service offerings. To manage duties outside direct patient care, such as cleaning, food handling, inventory management, and patient transportation, we have ward-based support services. This enables medical personnel to concentrate on patient care within their specialisations. There is individual scheduling in place to provide you some autonomy over your working hours. Working in an outpatient care setting, you will interact with experts from many fields. In diagnostic areas including breast, thyroid, prostate, urinary tract/kidneys, burns, plastic surgery, vascular disease, or gastrointestinal diseases, it is your responsibility as a nurse to serve as the patient's first point of contact. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to organise your day with your team and a variety of tasks to do. You'll be in charge of running your own clinics, administering different therapies, caring for patients before and after surgery, organising interdisciplinary treatment conferences, giving phone consultations, and managing patient care as a whole.
