Your task
Your challenge as a Sales Enablement Specialist is to assist the Sales Organization in making sure that new hires in our Barcelona office are onboarded smoothly, that sales materials and documentation are easily accessible and well-organized, and that the sales team has everything they need to concentrate entirely on interacting with prospects and achieving results.
You are crucial in handling daily chores that keep the enablement function functioning well, keeping up-to-date and consistent sales materials, and organizing onboarding every month. Working directly with the new sales managers, you will help them with their growth plans and make sure they are productive right away. Additionally, your cooperation will be essential to the enablement team's ability to organize and execute business events.
What You're Going to Do:
. Organize New Hire Onboarding: To guarantee a seamless start for new recruits, schedule and assist with onboarding sessions every month.
. Resource Management: Keep sales enablement materials current and well-organized so the sales team can readily access them.
. Support for Standardization: Make certain that all materials and resources used to facilitate sales are uniform and standardized.
. Join forces with fresh sales executives: Launching their teams with the appropriate paperwork and supplies will guarantee they get off to a great start.
. Enhance Company Culture: Help organize and schedule events, such as company meetings and bigger get-togethers.
. Handle General Administration: To maintain the effectiveness of the sales enablement function, handle daily administrative duties.
Your profile's English proficiency is almost native.
. based in Barcelona: and we anticipate having you at our Barcelona office four to five days a week.
. One to two years of experience: in a general administrative or enabling function is necessary.
. Extremely well-organized and process-oriented: You are able to develop effective procedures and grasp the wider picture.
. Strong interpersonal skills: and a track record of collaborating across departments characterize a competent collaborator.
. Focused on standards and meticulous: ensures adherence to set standards and brand requirements by maintaining uniformity and quality in all materials.
. Effective Administrator: Capable of overseeing a variety of administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the sales enablement role.
. Coachable: You are a team player, coachable, and willing to learn;
