In order to ensure the effective deployment of AI-driven solutions across a variety of business processes, oversee the full AI/ML development life cycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment, optimization, and integration.Create and implement a thorough plan for the expansion and development of the AI/ML division, making sure that the team's resources and competencies stay in line with the organization's long-term strategic goals. Determine and rank the most important areas for integrating AI into different tasks while working closely with internal stakeholders. Assemble and manage a highly productive group of engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML researchers while offering mentorship, technical leadership, and encouragement of creativity and lifelong learning.Create strategic alliances with universities, research centers, and business executives to promote innovation and information exchange.
Profile:
possess a Ph.D. or a master's degree in machine learning, computer science, or a similar subject.ten years of expertise managing teams and projects using AI and ML 7-8 years of extensive practical expertise in the development, implementation, and research of AI/ML systems; ideally in an industrial or enterprise context; demonstrable ability to convert research results into workable, scalable, and affordable solutions.. Exhibit a thorough understanding of a range of machine learning methodologies, such as large language models (LLMs), computer vision, natural language processing, and deep learning.vast knowledge in machine learning operations combined with a strong grasp of cost minimization and scalability. Proficiency with data management and analysis technologies (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server), as well as familiarity with pertinent AI/ML platforms, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Tensor Flow, Spark, Hadoop, etc.).strong grasp of machine learning operations (MLOPs), including methods for scalability, cost reduction, and deploying AI/ML models in business settings that are ready for production.
