We are presently looking for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to work for a major Dubai-based interior contractor. From the beginning to the end, you will be responsible for supervising and managing interior fit out projects as a project manager. The ideal applicant will have at least five years of relevant project management or site management experience in the fit-out business in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
_Create thorough project plans that include the necessary resources, schedules, and scope. Organise and supervise every facet of interior fit-out projects, guaranteeing their effective and economical completion.
Team Leadership:
_ Establish and inspire a cooperative and happy work atmosphere by leading and inspiring project teams. Assist team members in meeting project objectives while maintaining high levels of quality by offering guidance and direction.
Client Communication:
_ Act as the client's main point of contact, providing updates on the status of the project, its milestones, and any possible problems. Respond quickly to customer problems and try to establish enduring connections. Budget and
Cost Management:
_ Keep an eye on project finances and financial results to spot opportunities for cost reduction. Work together with the finance team to guarantee accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
Quality Control:
_Put quality control procedures in place to guarantee that all work satisfies or surpasses client and industry expectations. Regularly visit the job site to evaluate the quality and progress of the work.
Risk Management:
_ Recognise and reduce project risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues before they cause delays or deviate from the project schedule. When required, put effective backup plans into action.
Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000, fixed allowances included, every month.
Requirements:
_ Education – B. Tech Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or Equivalent.
_ Proven minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Project Manager in the interior fitout industry and not limited to F&B, retail and other commercial projects.
_ Strong leadership and communication skills.
_ Proficiency in Project Management tools and software.
_ Familiarity with local codes and regulations concerning interior fitout projects.
_ Capacity to oversee several projects at once and multitask.
