Altris is hiring a Production Manager to spearhead the company's efforts to scale up cell development and serve as the link between small-scale, pilot-scale, and full-scale industrial cell production. This is an amazing opportunity. With our unique and proprietary sodium-ion battery technology, Altris is a battery scale-up firm. Our goal is to lead the Western world in the development of sodium-ion batteries. 
What you will do? 
You will be involved in production at Altris and in charge of managing the company's manufacturing process as a Production Manager. Your main objective is to make sure that production meets timelines and quality requirements while operating smoothly and efficiently. In order to fulfil production targets, you will be in charge of organising resources including labour, machinery, and supplies and developing production schedules and timeframes. As the unit's leader, you will have the chance to assemble a knowledgeable and trustworthy group that can expand Altris' operations throughout Sweden and beyond. You will be in charge of organising and carrying out the long-term objectives and reporting to management. Nearly every team, including those in design, procurement, finance, construction, logistics, legal, and process, will include close collaboration with you. Generally speaking, you have been leading sizable, creative, and difficult cross-functional projects for a considerable amount of time.
 Your responsibilities:
 overseeing and managing the production team, which includes selecting, preparing, and testing workers to make sure they are qualified to carry out their jobs. Production management within the parameters of the QCD, reporting, planning, and execution; ensuring that the CEO, the Board, and the parties involved in collaboration have a sufficient understanding of the project's state and that the KPIs and programme targets are being met. recognising and fixing problems that crop up during production, including broken machinery, a lack of supplies, or staffing concerns, in order to keep things moving along smoothly and keep output high.
 Skills & Requirements:
 We are searching for someone who has experience managing programmes and projects related to process development. a strong leader who can design and implement ideas. Requires at least a master's degree in industrial engineering, chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, or similar experience. seven plus years of experience working in production settings in the food, chemical, paper, pulp, and power generation industries. This experience includes handling powder and solids and solving problems involving both solutions and precipitations. demonstrated project and/or programme leadership. Excellent written and spoken English abilities. Flexibility and comprehension of the complexities involved in working with processes at different scales—from R&D to pilot to gigafactory—from lab to industrial. accustomed to working in a global setting.
