We, Platri IT, are looking for an experienced Administrator (m/f/d) for our client in Wiesbaden. Our client is a globally operating and listed company with more than 20,000 employees. 
Tasks:
First point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers and service providers. Recording and processing incoming customer orders. Checking the order items, checking the availability of goods and stock allocation, taking into account the best-before date. 
Processing complaints: 
Clarification of open items and reductions in coordination with accounts receivable accounting. 
Smooth processing of campaigns, promotions and initial allocations. 
Close cooperation with the logistics, pre-audit and sales departments.
We take care of order processing from A-Z (acceptance to delivery), including returns. 
Profile: 
Commercial training, ideally as a businessman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or with a comparable logistics background. 
Professional experience in customer service. 
Confident handling of SAP (modules SD and MM) and MS Office. 
Talent for communication, diplomatic skills and persuasiveness. 
A structured, process-oriented way of working is paired with a good understanding of numbers. 
High customer and service orientation, as well as very good time management to meet deadlines.
