We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Semantic Search to join our team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced algorithms and models to improve our search functionality and enhance the user experience. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to create cutting-edge solutions in the field of NLP and semantic search.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms for semantic search applications.

Design and build scalable, high-performance systems to process and analyze large volumes of textual data.

Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and semantic search to identify opportunities for innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Improve existing search algorithms and models to enhance search accuracy, relevance, and efficiency.

Optimize system performance and resource utilization to deliver fast and responsive search results.

Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of NLP models to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.

Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and transform raw data into usable formats for NLP models.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in NLP, machine learning, and semantic search technologies.

Document and communicate research findings, project progress, and technical solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

Solid understanding of NLP techniques such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling.

Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy) for NLP tasks.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Strong knowledge of information retrieval principles and techniques, including indexing, ranking, and relevance.

Experience with semantic search technologies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.

Familiarity with search engine platforms such as Elasticsearch or Solr.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
