Job Description

The iENGINEERING Applied Research Group is a group of technology evangelists, software engineers, infrastructure and transportation engineers, and data scientists working together to pursue game-changing advances in artificial intelligence and to develop cutting-edge tools for solving complex real-world problems for the US transportation industry. Data Extraction Operators (DEOs) support the Applied Research Group with the data annotations, data pre-processing and data articulation for various projects. DEOs are also responsible to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data being used for various projects and clients.

Experience: Proven data extraction experience is preferred but not required

Requirements

• Perform high-quality annotations and labelling of images using the provided software.
   
• Attend training workshops and follow SOPs provided by the management.
   
• Meet annotation targets for the day. Do peer reviews of annotations done by fellow operators.
   
• Proactively communicate status and problems.
   
• Proficient data extraction skills and ability to handle huge bulk of data.
   
• Ability to perform a variety of repetitive and routine tasks and duties.
   
• Ability to handle a large volume of work, possibly under time constraints.
   
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
   
• Basic computer operating skills.
   
• Time management skills.
   
• Review and correct data for deficiencies or errors.
