Role Description:

This full-time IT Specialist role is onsite at our Islamabad office. The IT Specialist manages and maintains websites built on WordPress, a popular content management system (CMS). They will ensure the websites are functional, secure, and optimized for performance. The IT specialist works in various aspects to support all members of the team by analyzing and troubleshooting complex Information Technology problems by performing technical root cause analysis and providing viable solutions. Additionally, they use database analysis to organize and manage company data.

Standard Responsibilities:

Web site design and development including for clients. (WordPress)

Ensure efficient coordination within Organizational departments/offices to oversee compliance with ASK Development policies and procedures related to IT.

Overall planning of the Web Development activities.

Ensure the proper hard/soft filing of all documents related to IT Asset issuance software delivery, or website updating.

Monitor web server operations and related services.

Manage access control, permissions, Active directory and server file structures, and other infrastructure-related services in accordance with security policies, best practices, and standard procedures.

Backup and Disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Create and track various infrastructure-related threshold, utilization, and performance reports such as network up & and downtime, bandwidth, data storage, and other related statistics for presentation to management.

Designing the newsletter, Profiles, reports, title pages, and brochure.

Provide Technical input and support, related to web Design/Development and other tasks.

Person Specification:

Bachelor's in computer science or a related discipline from a recognized university.

At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Management and Organization skills in terms of people and work.

Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills are a must.

Ability to meet targets within tight deadlines.

Result-oriented team player and leader.

Strong oral and written English communication skills required.

Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
