Job Brief
We are looking for a professional DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for all engineering activities to ensure that business objectives are met. Includes the creation, development, design, and improvement of products, equipment, facilities, services, standards, and procedures in all engineering fields. The DevOps area is responsible for creating combined software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work directly on the command line and you take pride in building internal tools to help your team be more efficient.
- Solve challenges involving scaling, high availability, reliability, data pipelines, micro-services, and more in your day-to-day work and fascinated by the complex issues that arise as a result of operating large-scale systems.
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
- Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.
- Comfortable in building and scaling applications on one or more technologies that make up our stack: AWS, Azure, Redis, memcache, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Nginx, Apache, PHP, Java and more.
- Do rigorous research on companies and build an effective sales pipeline.
- Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools.
- Come up with customized product solutions.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates to accurately describe features of products and services.
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Keep updated about latest business trends.
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
- Identify potential customers from amongst a bunch of leads.
- Complete special projects and assignments as assigned by Senior Management.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in computer science and Bachelor’s + Linux Certifications.
- Master’s is preferred. Professional certifications/ diploma will be a plus point.
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of DevOps experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing product designers.
- Professional knowledge of AWS, Digital Ocean, Alibaba, OVH Cloud.
- Experience with one or more scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell etc.).
- Experience of application configuration and deployment.
- Professional experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration (e.g., filesystems, inodes, system calls) or networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies, and hardware).
- A strong portfolio that shows attention to detail.
- Skillful presenter with Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Goal-oriented, driven individual as well as a team player.

- Linux Servers with ( LAMP / LEMP Stack ) over Centos, RedHat and Ubuntu.
- Virtualization (Citrix Xenserver, Microsoft HyperV, VM Ware).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline, tools and Automation
- Linux (Debian, Red Hat, Suse)
- Cloud Providers: Amazon, Elastic Hosts, Rackspace etc
