Your tasks:
Helping the management with all responsibilities related to operations, strategy, and administration.
Scheduling and organising appointments and (online) meetings, including creating an agenda and, if required, recording minutes.
Arranging and maintaining meetings as well as monitoring choices.
Operational duties include project management, travel expenditure accounting, correspondence, and travel management.
Reports and presentations are created and prepared in both English and German.
Conducting routine research and creating assessments, reports, and presentations.
Acquiring offers and creating decision-making templates (such as service, consultancy, and leasing contracts, among others.
Internal and external correspondence for service provider management, including written and phone correspondence.
Involvement in important initiatives.

Proficiency in handling preliminary accounting tasks such as verifying invoices, pre-accounting, and travel expenses. methodological proficiency and a hands-on approach. responsible, organised, and independent working style.
A self-assured, service-oriented person with impeccable manners, loyalty, and reliability. completed coursework in communication science or business.
Strong command of German and proficient spoken and written English.
Confident use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
