Your tasks:
• You will take responsibility for the commercial management and further development of the online channel, identify potential for increasing sales performance and develop appropriate measures in close coordination with the relevant interfaces.
• You will play a driving role from conception to implementation.
• It is your responsibility to further develop the target group-orientated display logic on the existing customer platforms.
• You identify customer segments with potential for the sale of additional contracts and products.
• You will also identify new customer contact and trigger points in the customer life cycle and implement appropriate sales measures.
• You will design target group-orientated online offers in coordination with product management, online marketing, sales etc and further develop the customer approach along the order funnel.
• You will also be responsible for the further development of advertising spaces and the playout logic for existing customers in collaboration with the decision-making team.
• You will continuously review the product portfolio to achieve the volume and value targets.
• You will also prepare the concepts and sales results and present them at all levels of the organisation.
• In close cooperation with the Performance Managers in the team, you will commission analyses to evaluate campaign successes and use the insights gained directly to improve performance.
What we are looking for?
For this position you should have a successfully completed degree e.g. in business administration, marketing or (business) informatics. Several years of professional experience in the e-commerce business, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
Proven success in digital marketing via online platforms with knowledge of the subscription business and/or existing customer sales. Performance-driven team player with a pronounced ‘hunter mentality’ and a strong focus on customer needs.
