Position Description: 
Through thorough documentation you will play a critical role as a Technical Writer in improving the user experience for Cinemo's internal personnel as well as our esteemed clients. Tasks like content creation, review, editing, and advice are essential components of your daily routine. Joining the Technical Writing Team will place you in the Digital Transformation Department, which is leading the charge to change Cinemo's operations and related systems. 
In this role, you will:
•  Produce, examine, and revise a wide range of internal, customer-facing, technical, and non-technical documentation. 
• Engage in dialogue, collaboration, and co-creation with both technical and non-technical parties. 
• Participate in the analysis of technical difficulties that customers report, and turn the information that is produced into informative documentation. 
• Gather and share feedback regarding Cinemo's documentation, and spearhead initiatives to enhance quality.
• Actively engage in the conceptualization and decision-making processes linked to the content. 
What you will need to succeed?
 background or expertise in the field of software engineering, ideally in positions involving business analysis or documentation working familiarity with versions control systems and fundamental repository procedures. Capable of working on material without consulting WYSIWYG editors. technical enthusiasm and fluency, with the capacity to understand difficult engineering ideas. Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket experience with the Atlassian software ecosystem is advantageous.
