The Position
With an emphasis on patient matching and recruiting, the Digital Marketing Associate collaborates directly with the Digital Marketing team to assist create, carry out, monitor, and improve patient-focused digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. In addition, this position will help with authoring duties and other basic digital marketing requirements for the company.
Duties
. Implement a digital marketing plan that encompasses campaigns for email, search, social media, and display advertising.
. Working together with web developers and designers to produce materials (website & advertisements)
. Optimize performance and spending by recognizing patterns and insights.
. Together with the team, come up with innovative and creative growth plans.
. Plan, carry out, and assess conversion tests and experiments.
. Work together with internal departments to improve user experience and develop landing pages.
. Improve the user experience from beginning to end across all channels and client interactions.
. Optimize user funnels and conversion points.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
. Demonstrated two to three years of B2B or B2C digital marketing expertise, with a bonus in patient recruiting
. Proven expertise in social media, email, search, and/or display advertising campaigns
. Extremely imaginative and skilled at identifying, focusing on, and creating digital ads that inspire, educate, and engage target audiences
. Understanding of web development and design
. strong familiarity with website analytics software, such as Google Analytics
. Outstanding analytical skills and a data-focused approach
Qualifications for Education
Four years of equivalent experience may also be used in place of a bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
