Web Hosting Admin at ElogixIT
ElogixIT is looking for an experienced Web Hosting Admin to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with at least 4 years of experience in web hosting administration. As a Web Hosting Admin, you will play a key role in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting web hosting platforms, ensuring optimal service delivery to our clients.
Location: PIA Road, Lahore
Timings: 6 pm - 3 am (Night Shift)
Client: US-based
Salary: $800/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux Server.
- Manage and maintain web services and platforms (IIS, Apache, NGINX).
- Expertise in web hosting control panels like cPanel, Plesk, etc.
- Handle related services such as SMTP, DNS, FTP, and more.
- Database administration skills (MySQL, MS SQL).
- Perform network troubleshooting and understand web technologies (SSL, Web Proxies).
- Scripting experience (Bash and/or Powershell) is a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecom, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills to work with both clients and internal teams.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in web hosting administration.
