Great, then maybe you are our next star player! We are looking for a Retail Media Manager to join our Digital Business team. Stadium's mission is to inspire an active life for everyone. What does it mean to be a Retail Media Manager? 
The Retail Media Manager is responsible for recruiting and developing advertisers for Stadium's advertising platform. You will meet advertisers daily and adapt both communication and follow-up to their and our customers' behavior and needs. You have strong communication skills and are business-driven. You like to solve problems and want to develop something new, you can adapt to new processes and structures as the business area is completely new at Stadium. You also collaborate a lot with your colleagues outside the team you are part of. 
Your tasks:
It includes developing recruitment and the dialog with advertisers where you develop information and functions within Stadium's platform and help drive them forward. You will be part of our Digital Business team located in Solna or Norrköping. Welcome to our team! 
Who are you? 
You have an academic/college education in Sales/Marketing/E-commerce or equivalent experience. We would like you to have experience of media sales and contract negotiation in digital marketing. If you have experience from e-commerce and/or marketplace sales, it is a strength. To succeed in the role, you are a social person with a positive attitude and a good drive. It is important that you are a team player and believe in collaboration, but at the same time feel comfortable working independently. We would like you to have a digital background combined with a clear customer focus and always strive to deliver high quality, as a large part is communication with advertisers and partners to Stadium. We expect you to try, test and learn with a flexible approach as a basic attitude. We believe that you share our way of thinking and our beliefs when it comes to seeing opportunities in all challenges.

The position is a permanent position at 100% with access immediately / by agreement with a 6-month probationary period.
