Our rapidly expanding business is committed to creating water treatment solutions for municipal, industrial, and aquaculture uses. We are searching for a colleague who will assume accountability for sales and procedures following the installation of a system and the beginning of a new sales cycle. If you're a technical communicator who wants to be involved in our growth process with an emphasis on the environment, this could be the perfect position for you! 
In the role of After Sales Manager:
You will be in charge of a department that has a lot of room to grow. You will have the chance to enhance post-sale procedures and create proposals that will benefit our clients in this role. You will manage and cultivate customer relationships while working with clients from around the world. There will be the application of experience from larger industry projects. You will create, present, and advertise offerings to the after-sale market in this capacity. will oversee the complaint handling procedures; organize and oversee our customer service department; visit clients; and represent the company at trade exhibitions. 
To succeed in the role of after-sales manager, you need: 
A business-oriented, analytical approach and comfort level in sales. a technical understanding with an interest in industry processes. fluency in English, both written and spoken. Drive and energy. Because of your aptitude for interpersonal communication, you take pleasure in seeing chances and significantly contribute to the expansion of businesses. You become knowledgeable by being inquisitive, and you use connections and networks to get where you need to go. You have excellent communication and teamwork skills since, in order to succeed, you will collaborate closely with your teammates. At NP Innovation, business decisions are frequently made through collaborative efforts involving multiple colleagues.
