The Role:
We are seeking a project manager who has worked in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or in clinical trials. As a Trialbee project manager, you will deliver our solutions successfully and with excellent service on schedule. In addition to leading the project, you will be the main point of contact with clients. You will be responsible for starting, organising, carrying out, overseeing, and wrapping up client projects.

You will be juggling several projects in this position, so you need to be adept at setting priorities and reacting fast to pressing issues. Our Customer Delivery team makes sure that consumers patients, and locations have an excellent interaction with our solutions from the initial contact to the final patient in.

Location: This is a remote role in Europe where you will collaborate directly with teams and functions within the company in addition to customers.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead several projects from inception to completion while guaranteeing client satisfaction.
Oversee and create research pages, ethics documentation, and patient screening.
Organise tasks and oversee resources from various departments and suppliers.
Control project spending.
Arrange and lead client training sessions.
Gather user input and give the development team recommendations for system enhancements.
Take part in or start initiatives for ongoing improvement pertaining to client projects.

Experience and Qualifications:
Work experience in patient recruiting at a sponsor, CRO, or recruitment vendor for at least five years. Experience with clinical operations is preferred but not necessary.
Technologically savvy: able to pick up and use many platforms rapidly.
Team players that are able to make the most of their resources and experience.
Excellent prioritisation and organising abilities.
Fluency in English and outstanding presenting and communication abilities.
Excellent analytical abilities and a fact-based method of problem-solving.
The capacity to manage and organise several projects or conversations at once while multitasking.
While not necessary, prior experience in software development, digital marketing, and/or consulting is advantageous.

Education:
a suitable undergraduate degree, ideally in the the sciences of nature, biopharmaceutical science, medicine, nursing, or similar related field, together with applicable work experience.
