 About the Position: 
Do you want to work with order preparation for healthcare within Region Skåne with a workplace in Malmö? As a pharmacist with us, you are responsible for quality and customer satisfaction - and ultimately you help increase patient safety in the region. 
ApoEx offers supply of medicines, consumables and other pharmaceutical services to private and public healthcare providers. Our aim is to simplify and improve healthcare. Develop together with us! 
 


Duties and Responsibilities: 
The position is based in our Pharmaceutical Supply Unit (PSU). You will be an important part of our driven and committed team where you will work independently with freedom under responsibility. 
 


You Will: 
Work with order preparation and pharmaceutical final control of the drug supply flow. 

Within the pharmaceutical supply to the region, municipality and private healthcare providers, work with the dispatch and advice of medicines. 
Pharmaceutical receipt, control and completion of requisitions including license management.
 Handling complaints, withdrawals and returns.
 Manage prescription orders and deliveries to dialysis patients. 
Perform dilution of antibiotics.
 On-call duty. Handling customer service issues.
 Incident management such as reporting and, where appropriate, investigation.
 Responsible for understanding and complying with regulatory requirements, laws, contracts and company policies and procedures. 
Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction - and helping to simplify and improve the flow of care.
