We are now looking for a Junior Business Management Team (BMT) Assistant who together with the Executive Assistant will support the management team within Energy Retail and contribute to the efficient functioning of the administrative and communication aspects. Energy Retail serves our B2C and SME customers with a wide range of products and services designed to enable customers to take control of their energy needs. Our goal is to find the best options for our customers in a dynamic market, taking into account sustainability, affordability, and opportunities with new technologies. Your role
As a Junior Business Management Team Assistant, you will provide broad administrative support to BMT members and support internal communication matters. Tasks include creating articles for our intranet, preparing communication material for meetings, supporting on- and offboarding processes, filming and editing videos for communication purposes and organizing meetings and departmental events. You will also book travel, manage purchase requests and invoices in SAP and perform other administrative tasks.
You will work in close cooperation with our Executive Assistant and report to Klaas de Gier, our COO for Energy Retail. The role is in our recently constructed headquarters in Malmö.
Your experience
To have the right conditions to support the BMT members in the best possible way, we believe that you have a great interest in communication combined with good administrative and digital skills. You communicate easily and professionally in both Swedish and English, and we would like you to have previous experience of managing communication across different channels. We are looking for you who are a confident user of the Office package and it is an advantage for the position if you have worked in SAP and other digital tools before.
We are looking for people who are good at adapting their communication to the situation and target group and who thrive in a dynamic environment with many contacts. We believe that you are a structured person with strong implementation power who likes to be one step ahead as it gives you room to quickly adjust to constructively solve problems that arise during the working day.
