Strategic leadership is managing the marketing division and striking a balance between team engagement and performance so that everyone wins! Demand generation strategy: To achieve quantifiable outcomes, work with our Demand Gen team to implement, assess, and refine all-encompassing demand generation strategies aimed at the mid-market sector.
Data-driven insights:
Offer analysis and suggestions derived from performance indicators. We are searching for someone who can use a data-driven marketing approach to optimize and assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
Content and SEO:
Manage our content marketing and SEO initiatives, making sure to take a strategic approach to improve our visibility and audience engagement like never before.
AI integration:
Look for ways to use AI tools and solutions to create a state-of-the-art marketing machine.
Global GTM approach:
Lead the way in our GTM strategy and increase international marketing activities. Ask questions, assess the viability of entering many markets at once, and provide convincing business justifications for strategic choices.

Your group:
As a key member of our executive management team, you will be in charge of our global marketing team and directly answer to our CEO and co-founder, Samir Smajic. There are fifteen members of the marketing team, distributed among Sweden (Malmö and Stockholm), France, and the US. You'll work in a global setting where everyone is kind and supportive, and the pace matches the level of ambition! The management team's job is to establish and coordinate the organization's strategy and objectives so that every team is pursuing the same goal.

5+ years of experience working as a marketing leader with a successful track record within growth marketing. You have a proven track record of generating innovative demand, ideally in the SaaS space. demonstrated effectiveness in implementing a global GTM strategy and growing marketing initiatives across several nations. You're motivated and full of energy to create something truly amazing! We want to be innovative in the commodities industry while also creating a new market category; thus, we're searching for someone who loves taking on difficulties and fostering revolutionary growth.
