Planning and designing internal and external corporate communications together as a team, such as for our blog, employee magazines, social intranet and customer letters. Identifying, conceptualizing and planning new, target group-specific communication and event formats, taking current trends into account. Independent organization, planning and implementation of events as well as subsequent success analysis. Compliance with all requirements for analog, hybrid and digital events. Working closely with colleagues on joint projects/campaigns and optimizing existing formats. Commercial vocational training or completed studies with a focus on communication, marketing, or advertising. At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of corporate communications and, ideally, in the organization of events. Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working. Organizational talent, reliability and a good eye for detail. Confident communication in German and English. Passion for journalistic writing paired with a high degree of inventiveness and creativity. Confident manners, negotiating skills and enjoying networking. Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for managing topics independently. Strong communication skills and team orientation. Interest in the latest trends in the communications industry.
