Job Description

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our manufacturing company. As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. You will also prepare and analyze financial reports, maintain accurate financial records, and provide financial advice to management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Provide financial advice to management
• Monitor and forecast cash flow
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards
• Other accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Experience with accounting software 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
