Corporate Security & BCM Manager (d/m/f): 
Create and implement comprehensive security policies and business continuity plans (BCPs) for all important company services and operations globally. Conduct regular risk assessments, business impact analyses and security audits to identify potential threats & vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Collaborate with regional teams to adjust BCPs to local needs while remaining consistent with global standards and objectives. Lead the development and implementation of business continuity exercises and simulations to assess BCP effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. During crisis situations, provide advice and assistance to regional teams while also facilitating quick reaction and recovery operations. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the efficacy of BCM activities, and provide top management with an update on global resilience status. Stay current on emerging risks and industry trends in BCM to continuously improve our global BCM program and assure preparation for future problems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BCM requirements into new projects and initiatives on a global scale. Bachelor's degree in IT, business continuity management, or a related field. Advanced qualifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or CRISC are strongly encouraged. A minimum of 5 years of expertise in business continuity management, with a track record of establishing and implementing BCPs in a multinational corporate setting. A solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies, business impact analysis tools, and crisis management principles. Experience managing global business continuity exercises, tabletop simulations, and crisis response drills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from various cultures and time zones. Strong analytical skills, able to appraise complicated global circumstances and make solid decisions under pressure. Excellent English and very good German.
