For the Project-and Rolloutmanagement (Vertrieb) division, we look for the earliest available term for the Frankfurt, Hannover, or Münster locations.
Your mission is to assist the Sparkassen and Verbundpartner in the introduction of new internal IT applications, such as S-KIPilot, the generative KI solution for the Sparkassen-Finanzgroup's workplace. You will guide the Sparkassen from the initial information of an application to the start of its use within the institution and serve as their primary point of contact for technical and organizational issues. You will lead necessary steps in the rollout of webinar and exchange formats until the successful use of the applications by coordinating and implementing the introduction measures in accordance with customer requests in collaboration with the project management. You will maintain contact with the project managers in the Sparkassen and provide a continuous exchange with internal and external partners, leadership teams, and project coordinators.
This includes: 
. Having a completed degree in economics, information technology, business administration, or a similar field forms your foundation; 
. you have technical expertise, particularly in generative KI solutions and company-internal applications, information platforms, and knowledge databases; 
. you have enjoyed working with our customers and their rollout guidance in the past; you are able to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable manner;
