Exciting Opportunity: UI/UX Designer at Imperium Dynamics

Imperium Dynamics is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work on impactful web and mobile applications, where you will play a key role in crafting engaging user experiences that align with both business objectives and user needs. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centered interfaces, transforming ideas into functional, intuitive designs that delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Create design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Design user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation buttons.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to showcase design functionality and aesthetics.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, intuitive, and adhere to user-centered design principles.
  • Produce original graphics, including images, sketches, and visual elements tailored to project needs.
  • Present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, refining designs based on feedback.
  • Identify and resolve UX challenges to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Maintain design consistency with adherence to style guides and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally within digital marketing or software development.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
  • Expertise in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience designing for mobile applications is highly preferred.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
