Job Description:
You are the first person that clients will interact with as an inside sales agent. Along with preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining client connections, you will assist the sales team from the office.
The purpose:
You will be a vital point of contact for our clients and potential clients as an inside sales professional. You'll stay in touch by phone and email, offering knowledgeable support with details on costs, goods, and delivery schedules. Additionally, you will properly determine the wants of customers and process orders.
You will be a member of a motivated sales team. Together, you will serve as our company's Diemen-based commercial touchstones.
In the field, you'll collaborate closely with the sales engineers. They are in charge of finalizing deals and giving technical advise. From the website or marketing efforts, you will gather sales leads and make sure they are properly followed up with.
Your responsibilities:
. Keeping in touch with clients and potential clients via phone and email
. Providing details on the product, pricing, and delivery
. Taking orders from current accounts and processing them
. Making pricing calculations and preparing quotes
. Manage minor agreements on your own
. Making sure that sales agreements are accurate and timely
. Gathering market data and visiting clients (with the sales engineer)
. Attend sales meetings on a regular basis.
. Internal discussions with product, warehouse, sales support, and buying experts
You and the sales engineer will be in charge of achieving commercial success with both current and potential customers. By working together, you can guarantee outstanding client service and happiness.

. Monthly compensation ranges from €4,000 to €4,750 (based on full-time work, depending on experience).

Your profile:
. Experience working in sales assistance or inside sales, ideally in a similar (technical) industry
. HBO's amount of labor and thought

. You know how to collaborate with coworkers and customers in a positive way, and you have strong communication skills.
. Having a passion for technology is advantageous.
. You are proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
. You should ideally reside within 30 kilometers of Diemen.
