Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities: 
Establish and manage ERP systems to fulfill the objectives and requirements of the company. Examine corporate procedures and pinpoint ERP system optimization and improvement opportunities. Set up and modify the ERP system to suit certain processes and business requirements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data analysis and validation. Respond to user questions and provide technical help and debugging for ERP system problems. Work together with outside consultants and providers to implement ERP system updates and upgrades. Generate sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Ensure accurate records of cash and invoices.
Desired Candidate Profile: 
Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in a project implementation or support role. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify and address system issues and optimize workflows. The capacity to operate autonomously and handle several deadlines and priorities in a hectic setting. A focus on precision and a dedication to the integrity and quality of data. English proficiency is necessary; other language abilities are advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
