Job Description:
 In your role as Outlet Manager, you will oversee a particular outlet's activities. Your primary tasks will be to maintain profitable operations, meet outlet business objectives, precisely predict business demands, collaborate with management to create and carry out the marketing plan, make sure the manning schedule is current, supervise routine preventative maintenance, uphold outlet safety and sanitation standards, and set an example by being "hands on" in order to inspire team members to perform well. In order to enhance visitor satisfaction and help team members reach their career goals, you will also manage team member performance, identify any training gaps, plan and provide the necessary training for supervisors and team members in an efficient manner. 
Qualifications: 
• A degree from college in hotel management or a similar discipline.
 • A strong commitment to collaboration and leadership.
 • Prior experience managing the operations of food, beverage, and restaurant businesses.
 • An attention to detail for optimal operating performance. 
• Outstanding abilities in providing guest service.
