Job Description:
Working in a cross-functional product team as a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to develop end-to-end sustainability solutions that enable reporting and steering in accordance with ESG legislation and other specified sustainability KPIs in keeping with the agenda that Group Sustainability has prioritised. You will gain even more in-depth knowledge of business operations, including production, logistics, sustainability, and the necessary IT development.
What you will get to do:
Work with multiple complex data sources, prepare data, aggregate, and transform both structured & unstructured data. To optimise business effect, collaborate with the product team and sustainability stakeholders to analyse and design solutions. Construct, evaluate, and refine solutions in consultation with sustainability specialists. Examine information from several sophisticated data sources, such as databases and APIs. Create data flows, clean up, and convert data. Construct dashboards, reports, and other products centred on sustainability data while ensuring that the data is used to generate commercial value. Create prediction and computation models in various settings. Create and evaluate various approaches in collaboration with Sustainability controllers. Integrate, investigate, and derive insightful information from data. Work with extensive and intricate data assets from several corporate divisions. Recognise and analyse patterns and trends in large, intricate data sets so that the company may make informed decisions. Assist the customer with data analysis and visualisation by creating dashboards, etc.
Qualifications:
a suitable academic degree in engineering, business, statistics, or a related field. three to five years' minimum of relevant experience in a role demanding superior analytical abilities. knowledge of using analytical, statistical, and numerical techniques to data processing. the capacity to work with sizable and intricate data collections. Proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, or Python is ideal. Experienced in Data modelling. familiarity with all data visualisation software, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Data Studio. Preferably, you have experience with data mesh and Google Cloud. outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills. strong in setting priorities, carrying them out, and following up while maintaining a "can-do" mentality. Motivated by an environment that allows you to work and take decisions independently.
