Requirements:
• Knowledge – high competence in current role.
• Experience – is a role model for other consultants at a lower level. The level is normally achieved after 4-8 years of work in the current role.
• Management – takes responsibility for a sub-area, can lead a small group
• Independence – can work independently.
The consultant offered in the position of data engineer should: 
• Have at least 4 years of experience using tools like Apache Airflow to structure and make data available for data-intensive operations; 
• Have experience developing in a Linux environment and be knowledgeable about Python development; 
• Have a solid understanding of SQL and relational databases; and 
• Have experience with relational databases, data lakes, and distributed file systems.
Additionally, this consultant ought to: 
• Possess knowledge of information architecture or informatics.
• Possess knowledge of data set documentation and semantic interoperability using metadata tools like DataHub.
• Possess expertise in data flow analysis and performance enhancement.
• Possess expertise integrating systems amongst several agencies, organizations, or organizational components.
• Possess expertise in developing or integrating machine learning or other AI technologies.
