 A Business Administrator is needed for Siemens Energy Real Estate. In this position, you will be in charge of providing a thorough and transparent analysis of the real estate business, including performance controlling, primarily for Norway but also for other Nordic countries, such as Poland, the Netherlands, Finland, and Sweden, in order to support the North Finance Head and Regional Technical counterparts in steering business. 
How You’ll Make an Impact? 
Precise forecasting and budgeting, as well as month-end reporting, for the countries that fall within their purview in accordance with the corporate schedule. Verify the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the financial data. approving invoices, purchase orders, and accruals preparation. Assist technical partners in determining and putting savings measures into place, and make sure that documentation and reporting are accurate. Encourage ongoing upgrades, digitization, and automation of processes in order to improve accuracy and cost transparency. Analysing the risks and possibilities associated with running a business. oversee, steer, and manage the financial and operational performance of the nation. business backing for authorizations. guaranteeing adherence to accounting guidelines. liaison with outside service providers to guarantee the level

What You Bring?
 A finance bachelor's or master's degree; previous experience working in a numerical or financial setting; good SAP competence; fluency in English; the capacity to manage finances in a rapidly growing organisation; and an ideal understanding of IFRS 16. the capacity for effective communication with various business stakeholders at various levels.
